The Revenge of Seven (Lorien Legacies, #5)The Revenge of Seven by Pittacus Lore
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

The Revenge of Seven is another of those dragging filler novels. There was no oomph! All the garde do is run around tiptoeing around the mogadorians.
Most of the garde have proved
themselves wielding their powers. Six is too awesome and kickass for words. Her invisibility and control of the elements is too awesome. But what’s the deal with that face in the storm?
Five is mind bogglingly powerful although just as unhinged and creepy. Seven’s healing alone could tip the scales between life and death for the garde and their allies. That’s not talking about her night vision and ability to breathe underwater. And then she gets an upgrade! Nine is crazy I’ll give you that. But not like Five. He’s physically powerful, gifted with superspeed, anti gravity, knows his way around his staff and Loric bag of tricks. He’s formidable. That leaves Four and Ten. Ten is the youngest and can be excused but all Four does is flash around his Lumen and heal people. I know he’s like their leader but apart from his good heart, he’s lacking in the juice department.
But nonetheless, It’s still entertaining and once one gets invested in these books, slacking off is not an option. The story continues…
